Living My Dream to Be a Caterer
I remember when I was in third grade, Miss Jones asked me what I wanted to be when I grow up. I paused to think because I wanted to be sure with my answer. And then I told her that I wanted to be a caterer in Nottingham. She looked at me and asked if I was sure about what I said. I asked her back, Why not, Miss Jones? My mom cooks really well and so does my dad. My parents told me that when I’m old enough I can also learn to cook. They would be more than glad to teach me. Come to think of it, I actually think it is a great idea for us to have our own catering company. Miss Jones went on to say, That sure sounds great! Who knows, I might be seeking the services of your company for my wedding reception in the future. Little did I know that many years later, Miss Jones was going to marry and her reception was courtesy of our own catering company.
